The Sociedad Estatal de Participaciones Industriales (SEPI) is committed with making its Website accessible in keeping with Royal Decree 1112/2018, of September 7th, sobre regarding the accessibility of Websites and applications for mobile appliances within the Administration.

Preparation of this accessibility statement

This statement was prepared in November 8th, 2018.

The method used for preparing the statement was a self-assessment using the services supplied by the W3C (World Wide Web Consortium).

The Website has been setup on the basis of the guidelines provided by the WAI (Web Accessibility Initiative) for accessing content; this body was setup by the W3C (World Wide Web Consortium) for informing, researching and promoting the work on Web accessibility.

The WAI has setup three accessibility levels; "A", double "A", and triple "A" with each level reaching certain patterns or principles. Currently, SEPI meets the double “A” accessibility level.

The procedure for making claims included in section 13 of RD 1112/2018 will come into force on November 20th, 2020.

Optional content

This Website meets the requirements of Norm UNE-EN 301549 v1.1.2:2015 taking into account the exceptions in RD 1112/2018.

The Website has been optimized for browser Microsoft Internet Explorer 11.0 or higher versions and the latest versions in use of FireFox, Safari, Opera and Google Chrome. The minimum recommended resolution for browsing in office mode is 1280px wide.

The Website has been designed for a responsive visualization, thus visualizing it in an optimal way on tablet and mobile appliances. On these appliances it is optimized for visualizing it with the latest current versions of Chrome for mobile, Firefox for mobile, Safari mobile, Opera Mini and Android native browser.

Colors

The combination of letters and backgrounds on this Website have been verified, making sure that the information is provided in a clear way, regardless of those conditions.

Letter size

This Website provides you total control of the size of the letter which are applied to your contents. In order to modify it, use the visualization menu on your browser.

Cascading Style Sheets

This Website makes use of cascading style sheets for visualizing its contents. However, the use of structural tags within its code allows to visualize and easily understand those contents in case that your browser does not accept the above mentioned cascading style sheets.

Forms

All the fields on the form follow a logic tabulation order. Labels have been attached to all the fields in order to facilitate the understanding of the data which are required in each case.
